Morwell Attempted Robbery - Police Seeking Information

Police are seeking information following an attempted robbery in Morwell.

On Tuesday afternoon at around 2pm, a shirtless man tried to rob a member of the public before assaulting them on Commercial Road.

The topless man is believed to have been accompanied by a male in a white shirt. Some pictures are available on the Latrobe Police Service Area Facebook page.

Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to contact Morwell Police Station on (03) 5131 5000 and speak with Detective Senior Constable Ferguson, or call Crime Stoppers on 1300 888 000.
