Melbourne Is Getting A 80’s Street Party That Will Last All Weekend

Brunswick’s Barkly Square is about to turn 35, and to celebrate they are throwing a 80’s themed street party that will last all weekend long! 

Head to the centre on Friday night for 80s inspired cocktails and free hair and make-up services to get you in the mood. There will be flash dancers, DJs, old school arcade games and a polaroid photo booth. JB Hi-Fi will also be hosting an 80’s music stall exclusive to Barkly Square.

Over the weekend, there is more fun to be had. Enjoy free hula hoop and aerobics classes. You can even head over for badge making and scrunchie workshops. It doesn’t get more 80’s than this.

A bunch of retailers will also be putting on specials, including $1 cheeseburgers from Maccas and 10% storewide at Priceline.
