We all know that COVID-19 has affected many people across the country and unfortunately, many services we rely on for emergency assistance, are no exception.

CareFlight are an Australian Charity, who specialise in assisting badly injured Australians as first responders, keeping patients safe at the scene of an accident until further emergency medical assistance arrives, predominantly through aeromedical services.

Not only do CareFlight dedicate themselves to saving lives, but they also offer regional and remote community MediSim education programs, training others in emergency medical support.

However, CareFlight relies heavily on community funding and in order to continue providing these workshops, CareFlight are calling on Australia to dig deep into their pockets and donate.

To tell us a little more about it, Wagga local and CareFlight General Manager Trent Osborn, spoke with Bronte & Sam, explaining how the charity plans to raise much needed funds, how their services are benefiting Australians and how YOU can do your part.
