Kylie was spotted at a party over the weekend with Sofia Richie and her sister, Kendall Jenner.
The youngest Jenner was rocking a bleach blonde look with a fringe!
The party was 70's theme and was for Tiffany Sorya and Carter Gregory.
Because it is Kylie, we can only imagine it was a wig, but we are still obsessed.
