A Kealy teenager has been charged with manslaughter following a fatal crash in Kalgup, on April 17.

Police claim the 17-year-old girl who was driving the blue Ford Falcon sedan failed to negotiate a left-hand bend and struck a tree on Doyle Road near Busselton.

Sadly, two teenagers died at the scene.

The driver was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment, while four other passengers received medical attention at the scene of the accident.

The 17-year-old appeared in court on Tuesday charged with two counts of manslaughter and four counts of endangering life, health or safety of a person.
