Ivan Revealed Whether MAFS Couples Are Influenced Into Staying On The Show

Last night marked the first commitment ceremony of the Married At First Sight season, and this morning Ivan caught up with Krysti and Bodge to unpack a massive night of drama and emotions.

Ivan denied that producers convince troubled couples to stay in the experiment, claiming, "I can honestly say from my observations and my knowledge, I think everyone you saw write 'stay', for whatever reason, it was genuine."

He also addressed his dinner party fight with Hayley, guessing at the reason so much of their argument was cut out for TV...

And if you've ever wondered about the brides and grooms making coin while on the show through becoming influencers, Ivan clears the air by revealing that it's not something contestants are contractually allowed to do! 

Krysti also had some advice for Ivan to help him out in the dating game, not holding back when she accused him of being a "sooky looking thing". 

But Ivan doesn't believe he's being accurately represented, and that he's definitely had "some big smiles" during his MAFS experience...
