It's Almost Time For Round 41 Of The Gold Coast Marathon!

It's almost time to throw on your runners for the 41st Gold Coast Marathon!

The world class marathon is right around the corner and will be kicking off on Saturday, July 6th and will wrap up on Sunday, July 7th 2019.

The marathon doesn't just include Gold Coast locals, but includes over 28,000 participants from over 50 different countries around Australia!

Now if you're interesting in getting involved but you're not much of an athlete, have no fear!

There are eight different races for you to choose from including the famous GC Marathon, Wheelchair Marathon, Asics Half Marathon, Wheelchair 15km, Southern Cross University 10km Run, the GC Airport Fun Run and of course the 4km and 2km Junior Dash for the kiddies.

To make sure runners are getting the most out of their efforts, organisers have made sure everyone will be treated to the flattest, fastest and most scenic courses with crashing waves just meters from the track.

The timing couldn't have been better for a marathon with temperatures, humidity and wind dropping over the winter season, making it the perfect weather for us to tackle our marathon goals.
