“I Thought My Body Was Just Giving Up”

Mat Rogers joins Bianca, Ben and Lakey in the studio this morning to talk about his new book “A Fathers Son: Family, Football and Forgiveness”. He was on A Current Affair last night talking about his condition seronegative inflammatory arthritis which ‘attacked him’ 18 months ago. He said he wrote it off with an old footy injury flaring up and didn’t think anything of it until it started affecting his jaw, he couldn’t even chew!

His wife, Chloe said to get his will in order, Mat said it was “a scary time”. He opens up about people in his family not living long and how the treatment was making it worse.
