How Hot It Will Be This Weekend For The Official Start Of Townsville's Summer

While the recent heatwave has us a tad scared of summer, we have good news to bring you, North Queenslanders... 

It's super ironic, but this weekend summer officially starts and it'll be....*drum roll* the coolest day of the entire week- ha! 

This Saturday heatwave conditions will drop off and we'll be left with a manageable top of 33 degrees in Townsville. 

The first official day of summer will see mostly sunny skies, with mirrored conditions following on Sunday.

In Ingham the heatwave conditions won't be fading as quickly with December 1 putting on a top of 36 and 37 on Sunday. 

The steamy vibes will wrap up at the end of the week in Ayr with temps expected to drop from 38 on Friday to 34 on Saturday. 

As we head into summer, remember to always take care in the heat and take extra care of young children, elderly, and pets.
