Guy Sebastian Has Revealed That He Used To Date Delta Goodrem

Guy Sebastian and Delta Goodrem are equal superstars in their own right (and both rose to fame on Channel Ten TV shows, coincidence?) with a stack of number ones and awards under their belts.

Now seated next to each other on The Voice Australia, it’s fair to say they’ve worked pretty closely together… but they’ve actually been closer than we thought. 

On Sunday’s episode of 60 Minutes, Sebastian revealed that he went on ‘a few dates’ with his co-star after he won Australian Idol in 2003. What an ex-power couple…

In another interview with The Daily Telegraph, he went further into the details. 

“It was a bit off. I’m a family man and Delta is so happy in her life. Even if it’s all in jest, I don’t want to contribute to making Delta look bad. She’s been nothing but so kind and sweet to me, and there is really no story there.

“We identified early on we’re just good mates. That’s why we’re still good mates.”
