Country music superstar Shania Twain is in town on her ‘NOW’ tour, and will perform two nights at Rod Laver Arena. It’s going to be a big few days at Olympic Park!

Because there are so many people heading to the arena, there are strict security policies in place to make sure everyone has a safe evening. This is what you need to know…

Firstly, no backpacks, sports bags or bags larger than 30cm x 30cm x 30 cms are permitted into the arena.

Conditions of entry remain the same as previous events. These are some of the things you should consider leaving at home…

  • Umbrellas
  • Glass or cans and opened drink containers
  • Any large item that cannot be placed under a seat
  • Aerosol cans of sunscreen
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal substances
  • Audio recording devices or video cameras
  • Large flags/banners with handles exceeding 1metre
  • Prams, pushes and strollers

As usual, smoking is permitted in the arena and Rod Laver Arena staff have the right to eject patrons from the event if found to be using foul or abusive language, displaying offensive behaviour and other breach of conditions.

To find more security information, head to the Rod Laver Arena website.
