Nightclub MVP Tony Rigas is teaming up with Theatre Guru Sue Porrett to create a unique and ambitious project to put the Broad back into Broadbeach...

Drum roll please...

A theatre cabaret style entertainment venue will be taking over the double storey landmark site on the corner of 88 Surf Parade and Victoria Avenue!

The site which has been empty for two years is expected to be transformed into a theatre style venue which will be host to all kinds of internationally sourced talent.

Susan Porrett says she is excited to be teaming up with a hospitality heavy-weight to catapult some much needed excitement back into the area.
