Leases on the cards
The former Deep Sea Fishing Club may soon be leased, or redeveloped.
Coffs Harbour City Council supported a staff recommendation to draft up expressions of interest for a short term lease of up to 3 years for the abandoned spot, overnight.
It will do the same for long-term plans for the site.
Council is overseeing the process as a Manager of the Coffs Coast State Park Trust.
As such, reps say the Department of Lands - Industry will have the final say on the documents.
