FBI Enlist Deep-Divers In Search For Gabby Petito's Fiancé

The Gabby Petito case has sparked worldwide fascination as the events of Ms Petito’s disappearance have continued to unfold through the media. 

Ms Petito was reported missing by her family after her fiancé Brian Laundrie returned from their extended road trip alone, with the couples converted van. 

Ms Petito’s parents attempted to contact both Brian and Brian’s family for information but all of their messages and calls went unanswered.

Neither Mr Laundrie nor Mr Laundrie’s family would agree to cooperate with police, which sparked fears for Gabby’s safety. 

Police and FBI were quick to launch a search for the missing 22-year-old in Grand Teton County, where the couple are believed to have visited during their trip.

Ms Petito’s body was eventually found by investigators surrounded by brush and woodlands in Wyoming’s Bridger-Teton National Forest.

Mr Laundrie is considered a person of interest but police have been unable to locate the 23-year-old. 

This morning, Gawndy & Maz spoke with Channel 9 reporter Alison who is currently reporting from the U.S. to get an update on the evolving case.

Gawndy & Maz also discuss the strange text messages sent to Ms Petito’s parents before she was reported missing and information revealed by TikToker Miranda Baker, who had an important interaction with Mr Laundrie after it is believed Gabby had been murdered and why the FBI may need her help.
