There's been a fatal accident involving a tractor in Lake Macquarie.
Emergency crews were called to a property at Mandalong Rd, Mandalong just after midday following reports a vehicle had rolled down an embankment.
A 77-year-old who it's believed was working on the property suffered critical injuries and sadly couldn't be revived.
Police are preparing a report for the coroner.
