The Esperance Music Festival is back for another year, and this year it will host a record number of performances over a three day event.
A record-breaking 228 entries were received for this year's program, which includes solo, group and big band performances. There are a range of diverse styles and genres for the event, which is open to musicians and schools from the Esperance and Goldfields region.
The event is so big this year that it has had to expand to three days, with a session starting on the Saturday from 10am.
Programmes are avaialble for purchase for $5 from the Dempster Street Newsagency, and admission for a day session is $3 for adults and $2 for concession and children. Evening sessions range from $5-$10.
The music festival runs from next Thursday the 22nd of August until Saturday the 24th.
