Aussie swimming golden girl Emma McKeon has made history becoming Australia's greatest Olympian ever!

The 27-year-old from Woollongong has surpassed Ian Thorpe and Leisel Jones as Australia's most successful Olympian of all time.

McKeon won her first individual gold in an Olympics in the 100m freestyle final on Friday, and broke her own Olympic record in the 50m freestyle final on Sunday.

Emma's medal count is now at 10, with four gold, two silver and four bronze.

She still has the 4x100m medley relay to compete in, where she could still snap up another medal.
