Ellen Has Finally Addressed Those Rumours In An Open Apology On-Air

2020 has been one hell of a chaotic year and in amongst all of the chaos, the rumours of Ellen DeGeneres's bad behaviour backstage has been making headlines. 

36 ex-staffers from the Ellen show have accused Ellen of improper treatment and providing a toxic work environment behind the scenes. 

While the investigation is ongoing, Ellen is back on our airwaves for season 18 of 'The Ellen Show' and has taken the opportunity to finally address the allegations in a public apology saying "Today we start a new chapter...", as well as claiming it would be difficult for her to put on her normally cherry and philanthropic persona for 17 long years. 

Tim & Jess discussed the open apology this morning and whether Ellen made the right move returning to television so soon.
