Don't Treat Yo'self This Week, Council Rates Are Due On Thursday

Townsville City Council have understood the hardships residents are going through after the floods, and last month announced an extension for rate payments. 

But that date is getting closer, and here's your reminder that rates are due this Thursday, April 4- so you're living on noodles this week ok. 

Townsville City Council will further help families and businesses directly impacted by the unprecedented monsoonal weather by providing those ratepayers an extra extension on rates until 3 June.

If any ratepayers have been severely impacted by the floods, and experiencing financial hardship, please contact Council to discuss individual payment plans on 13 48 10.
