COWBOYS PROPOSAL | Complete With A Cowboys Themed Ring

Johnathan Thurston's final home game was memorable for all Cowboys fans, but even more so for Phil Sutevski and Stacey Nichols. 

The couple went along to the game as boyfriend and girlfriend, but left with an extra piece of bling on Stacey's finger. 

Yep, Phil proposed!! 

The Canberra couple made the journey to Townsville, so that Stacey (the Cowboys fan in the relationship) could be at the biggest game of the season. 

Surrounded by a SOLD OUT stadium, Phil (with his Parramatta colours on) got down on one knee to pop the question. 

The pair are clearly dedicated to the NRL, with Stacey now rocking a Cowboys themed engagement ring- check it out! 

The couple aren't sure yet if their wedding will be footy themed, but we'll have to wait and see!
