Canberra’s Three Mills Bakery has opened applications for their new CCCO position.

That stands for Chief Croissant Consumption Officer.

Applications are open just in time for National Croissant Day, which takes place on Tuesday January 30.

Wilko & Courts spoke to the owner of Three Mills Jarrod Deaton to get all the details.

Jarrod said the successful applicant will be able to access all Three Mills stores and receive a FREE croissant for 365 days of the year! Plus a delivered box of bake-at-home croissants each month.
