Country to Canberra launch the Leadership Competition for local ladies!

Sunraysia's next generation of leaders will have the chance to shine, with Country to Canberra launching the 2018 Leadership Competition.

The program offers an all-expenses paid "powertrip" for at least 15 winners; all eligible rural female high school students urged to take part.

To enter, girls need to submit a two-minute video or a four hundred word piece answering this year's competition question.

The trip will feature leadership training, behind-the-scenes tours, exclusive events and one-on-one mentoring in Canberra.

Officials are hoping the scheme builds confidence among our local young women, while giving them the skills needed to become future leaders.

There's plenty of time to enter, applications close September 1st.
