Council Confirms Closure Of The Wynnum Wading Pool
It's being drained
Not great news in the warm weather, but Brisbane City Council have confirmed the Wynnum Wading Pool will temporarily close due to safety concerns.
Their statement reads..
Brisbane City Council wishes to advise that the Wynnum Wading Pool is closed until further notice as the pool is being emptied due to safety concerns. The water play area at Wynnum is unaffected by this closure. The community will also be able to access Manly Pool which is approximately two kilometres from the Wynnum Wading Pool. The cause of the concern has not been confirmed.
