CommBank Announce Grant Support For Recovering Bushfire Communities

This morning on the show, Bronte & Sam were joined by Head of Community Investment at the Commonwealth Bank, Nathan Barker, about how the bushfire recovery grants can help to help rebuild and revive the Riverina. 

After what was a devastating bushfire season, local organisations are being offered up to $50,000 in grants from CommBank to help rebuild, so that they can get back on the horse and continue to support the community. 

The goal is long-term recovery for fire services, schools and sporting clubs in bushfire-affected areas.

Nathan chats about how many organisations have already been awarded the grant and how you can apply before the cut-off date. Applications for grants closes on June 30, 2020.
