There is a Queensland Rule that bars and clubs are able to refuse entry to people with tattoos. Kevin the director of Australian Exhibition Group, says “times have changed” he explains that the culture of tattoos were different 30 years ago and it’s a “bit disappointing that we are still discussing it”.
