The dreaded cane toads are apparently mutating into a deadlier creature, and it's all thanks to our use of RoundUp

According to some Hungarian researchers, the toads are taking on the deadly chemicals as tadpoles.

Mature toads exposed to the common weed killer have increased levels of bufadienolides, the toxic chemical used to ward off predators like our household cats and dogs.

"Pesticide pollution might be exacerbating the problem of invasive toxic species"
