Brendan 'Bumpa' Farrell Shares An Unfortunate Story With Bronte And Sam...

Local legend, Brendan 'Bumpa' Farrell, who developed a charity for farmers which takes donated hay to farmers affected by the drought, called into the studio this morning to chat with Bronte and Sam about an unfortunate turn of events which took place over the weekend. 

The selfless local is responsible for providing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of hay as part of Burrumbuttock Hay Runners, to help farmers back on their feet following the drought. 

Sam and Bronte wanted an update on upcoming hay run's but they also wanted to discuss a nasty incident which occurred while Brendan was attending a charity event in Canberra. The team wanted to highlight the devastating incident and to let listeners know what they can do to help.
