BREAKING: A Driver Has Died Following A Collision In Lidcombe

A driver has passed away after two sedans collided with a cement truck on Carter Street in Lidcome. 

According to the reports, the accident happened early this afternoon at around 1.35pm.

A male driver died at the scene and at this stage there are no further details on his identity.

The truck driver and driver of the other sedan were uninjured, but were taken to hospital for mandatory tests.

Police are currently investigating the fatal crash and the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit are on scene.
