Firefighters have gained control of a fire that tore through a boat sitting in a pen at Mindarie Marina, in Perth's north.
Flames took hold just after 6am, quickly engulfing the 42 foot vessel.
Fire crews will attempt to lift the boat out of the water, and investigate how the blaze began.
Neighbouring boats weren't damaged.
