Aperol Spritz Ice Cream Exists And You Can Get It in Melbourne

You can’t go into a bar these days and not see someone with an Aperol Spritz. Undoubtedly the drink of Summer, it makes sense that people are expanding the flavour in different ways, and this is the ~coolest~ one we’ve heard of.

Timboon Fine Ice Cream has whipped up a sorbet using Aperol straight from the bottle. It has that bitter orange taste we’ve come to love with the fresh feeling only ice cream can provide – HEAVEN.

It won’t leave you feeling dizzy either, there is only 1% of alcohol due to the sorbet-making process. Don’t worry, the whole flavour is still there for your enjoyment.

Keen to try it without the road trip on the Great Ocean Road? Timboon Fine Ice Cream will be pulling up at the Fromage a Trois cheese festival in Werribee Park. You’ll also be able to pick up food from a bunch of vendors, so it’s the perfect picnic opportunity.
