Another Motorcycle Tragedy On Putty Road
A rider was killed instantly..
The notorious Putty Road has claimed the life of another motorcyclist.
A 54 year old man was heading north through Milbrodale, south of Singleton yesterday afternoon, when he hit a barrier and crashed down an embankment.
He couldn’t be revived and died at the scene.
Police are preparing a report for the coroner.
Highway Patrol have previously issued a safety warning to motorcyclists about Putty Road, which is popular with riders.
The rural road has been the scene of numerous serious crashes in recent years.
