Mental health is being talked about openly now more than ever before, but we’ve still got a long way to go in helping communicate to those who are struggling that it IS okay to be vulnerable and open up about what they are going through.
As well as this, there’s also the perspective of family and friends who may not know the best way to approach or respond to the person who is struggling.
This morning, AFL legend and founder of mental health organisation PukaUp, Wayne Schwass, joined Heidi, Xavier and Pete for an extended 20 minute interview about the importance of mental health.
