House hunters are heading for the Hills.
A new property market report from realestate.com.au lists Crafers West as the nation's third most searched suburb behind South Hobart and Battery Point, Tasmania.
Aldgate comes in at number five.
$700,000 is thought to get you a four bedroom, two bathroom home on a half acre.
The report suggests the Hills outranks the Plains because Baby Boomers are downsizing, making a larger number of family homes available.
Experts say the Adelaide market is "relatively red hot" in terms of price growth compared to the rest of the country.
