The state government will provide 1.6 million dollars for the proposed integrated children's centre at Morwell Central Primary School.
Three and four year old kinder programs will run at the new facility, along with daycare and maternal and child health services. Other multipurpose rooms will also be constructed.
It brings the total state contribution to 4.9 million dollars and will help work towards Labor's promise of building/upgrading 950 pre-schools around the state.
