A Luxe Patron Pop-Up Bar Has Just Opened At The Collective!
It's 5PM somewhere right?
One of our all time favourite, southern Sunday sesh spots has decided to combat winter with a resort-style pop up bar like you've never seen!
The adorable new set up immediately points you in the right direction with a conspicuous sign reading "MARGARITAS THIS WAY", leading you straight to a flamingo pink, tropical bar and a smiling bar tender. The watering hole is suitably surrounded by lush greenery and warm lighting, putting out those 80's Miami, tropical vacay vibes.
If the inviting aesthetics aren't enough to drag you in, the bar will be serving an abundance of Patrón tequila based cocktails, which are bound to get your mouth watering! The cocktails will be a dual effort between Patrón and the all new Mr Consistent cocktail mixes, designed by The Collective bar team!
If you're feeling adventurous, you can also taste test some of the more unique combinations such as the gottalottamoxie, mixing Patrón Silver, rasberries, billet rose, parfait amour, lemon, lime and lavender agave, or the Festival Chica with Patrón Silver Tequila, fresh kumquats, fig liqueur, verjuice and Mezcal.
To balance out the booze, The Collective's five kitchens will be turning out their new Winter Warmer menu which will be available from Monday till Wednesday every week. The menu will be sporting all sorts of belly warming goodies like Umami Hot Pots on Mondays, Calavera Paella on Tuesdays and $10 steaks on Wednesdays.
Otherwise, celebrate the end of the working week on Friday or Saturday night, where you and your pals can kick back and enjoy some live music from 4PM till 10PM.
