A Local Beer Has Been Created To Raise Funds For Flood Relief

Flood fundraisers have come in many different forms since the monster monsoon transformed Townsville and North West Queensland in February. 

Millions have been raised to make life easier for locals and farmers in the North West.

The latest fundraiser is set to quench your thirst, thanks to the creative minds at The Brewery. 

"To do what we can we have brewed a special beer 'THE BIG WET PALE ALE'," they announced on Facebook on Monday. 

The Brewery plan to donate 25% of the proceeds to the QCWA Public Rural Crisis Fund to help farmers and their families.

The drop will launch this Friday at 5pm (great timing!) at The Brewery.
