A Judge Has Thrown Out Ashley Judd's Sexual Harassment Claims Against Harvey Weinstein

A judge has thrown out Ashley Judd’s sexual harassment claims against Harvey Weinstein, TMZ reports.

Ashley claimed Weinstein blacklisted her from movie roles, include Lord of the Rings, after she turned him down his advances.

She sued under the legal theory ... "sexual harassment in professional relationship."

TMZ reports the judge rules as the pair didn’t have a relationship that fell within the law, there was no case. Producer/actress relationship was not covered under the law.

The law was changed in 2018 to cover such relationships, but the judge said it could not be applied retroactively.
