Your dreams have come true with the ultimate dining precinct tipped to open in Broadbeach, this August!

The Good Time Group's Ben Walsh, has exclusive use of the food and beverage retail space under 5 star apartment complex Avani.

With a $7 million investment, the precinct will sport three separate dining precincts over a massive 1,900 square metres.

One of the precincts will be an evolution of hugely popular bar and restaurant, Miss Moneypenny's along Hastings street in tropical Noosa.

The main attraction, Miss Moneypenny's will be an epic combination of indoor, outdoor dining for 200 people, offering up a smorgasbord of impressive decor and aesthetics including an eye-catching fireplace as the centrepiece.

For Fat Freddy's Beach Bar and Diner, we can expect old school American diner feels with a healthy splash of new school to keep the concept fresh but familiar. The diner will specialise in American whiskey and beer, bitey bourbon and of course, everyones favourite American style eats.

The 165 person venue will also feature 38 Electronic gambling machines and will focus primarily on live sports, with a banging playlist of our rock and electro favourites buzzing away in the background.

Last but definitely not least, we have The Rimini Room. For the truly elite, this private and glamorous dining and function space has been designed to host A-List parties, corporate events and long lunches while making sure you're well hidden from the public eye and those pesky paparazzi.

The venue is SO private in fact, that it even has it's own private lift from the parking lot and a private outdoor area with plenty of seating for up to 120 guests.

The monster project was first announced back in 2017 and we have been waiting with bated breath for opening day.

So make sure you keep weekends free this August, because we could be in store for one of the most anticipated openings of the hospitality world!
