70-Year-Old To Face Toowoomba Court on Murder Charge
Matter adjourned
A 70-year-old man will be back in front of a Toowoomba court on June 7th to answer to murder charges.
Kevin Patrick Hanley’s matter has been adjourned until next month for a committal mention.
Hanley is accused of shooting 46-year-old Matthew David Morcus in the chest on October 13th, 2016.
He has not been required to enter a plea to the charge.
