Coles Annandale Adopts 'Quiet Hour' For Autistic Shoppers Coles Supermarkets

Almost 70 Coles supermarkets across Australia have introduced a “Quiet Hour” to assist shoppers living with autism.

Coles Annandale has taken on "Quiet Hour" which will be every Tuesday at 10:30am for 60 minutes.

The lights will be dimmed down, the music will be switched off, and the 'beeps' from the register will be turned down.

Coles say they want the weekly time slot from 10.30am to 11.30am to become a “judgment-free zone”.
