It seems like the heat is never ending.
As school goes back this week, the scorching hot summer weather continues for NSW.
All week, Sydney city is averaging lows of 23-24 degrees and highs of 33 degrees. Things are warming up – this is more than five degrees hotter than January’s average.
Sydney’s west will be even hotter, averaging highs of 39 degrees.
Wednesday this week will be the coolest day, with things cooling down again mid next week. Other than that, the weather will be consistently hot and humid during the day and night.
