Spring is well and truly here and what goes better with spring than Catalina in Rose Bay? Yeahhh, that would be nothing!
They have just launched their latest collaboration with luxury skincare brand Guerlain!
Together they have created an Exclusive Limited Edition Dessert: a Pomegranate and Campari Panna Cotta with Crispy Strawberry Pearls, Tapioca and White Peach Sorbet.
It was just launched on Thursday and if you’re one of the first 300 customers to purchase this dessert will also receive a miniature Guerlain Meteorites Base Perfecting Pearls for a truly decadent dessert experience.
This dessert will be available from Catalina Rose Bay for 4 weeks from Thursday 26th October for $25
Catalina is open daily for lunch from 12pm. Dinner service Monday to Saturday from 6pm.
