It's been a nightmare commute for those who catch a bus in Sydney today, with widespread delays in the north-west.
Hillsbus has confirmed the service disruption is a result of "an unexpectedly high number of driver absences".
It is understood that a new agreement is being discussed with the Transport Workers Union and the operators.
This action today has not been authorised by the TWU.
Hillsbus services are currently experiencing disruptions due to an unexpected level of driver absences. Delays may be experienced. Allow plenty of extra travel time.
