A Sydney man has won the Lotto twice in a single week, landing nearly $2.5 million in the space of a few days.
The man in his 40s from Bondi has pocketed $1,428,571.43 after a division one win in Saturday's $20 million Lotto Superdraw.
He was one of 14 lucky winners across the country.
To make the win even sweeter, the man also landed multiple divisional wins, making it a $1,457,834.33 win on Saturday.
This came just five days after the man won $1,020,487.00 in Monday's Lotto draw.
This took the grand total for the week to $2,478,321.33.
“The chances of winning twice in such a short period of time must be non-existent," the winner told a NSW Lotteries official.
“I wish I had some advice to others on how to win the lottery but I don’t – God has just looked after me."
