In the inner west of Sydney, Summer Hill's flour mill towers over the suburbs, and has done so since the 1920s!
The mill is heritage-listed and is currently in the midst of refurbishment and repairs, but on July 1, the mill will be open to the public to celebrate its history and Sydney's love of carbs!
The Flour Mill will be hosting a grains festival which will bring together some of the inner west's best bakeries including Sonoma, Brooklyn Boy Bagels and there will also be some delicious Pepe Saya cultured butter to spread upon your tasty treats!
There will be live music... there will be beer and well, it's going to be a great time!
The Summer Hill Grains Festival commences at 10am on July 1, so get your bellies ready to eat some tasty carbs!
