5-Year-Old Boy Stabbed In 'Domestic Dispute' In Sydney's North West

In breaking news, a five-year-old boy has been stabbed in Sydney's north west this morning in what is believed to be a domestic dispute.

Police have said that the incident happened in Carlingford at roughly 7am, with the child left with "serious stab wounds".

The child and his grandmother left the residence and went to Mosley Street to get help.

A police escort has taken the child to Westmead Children's Hospital.

A man, who is known to the child, is in custody and police inquiries are ongoing.
