Mildura Police are putting out the call for locals to keep property safe and secure when going on holidays over the Christmas period, and make our homes looked "lived in" when we aren't there.
Small things like locking doors and windows, not letting mail pile up or having neighbors take your bins in can substantially reduce the risk of a break in.
Sunraysia residents who notice strangers acting suspiciously around homes and property are being urged to contact Mildura Police on 5018 5300.
