Six young teens are believed to be behind a spate of break in's and car thefts thought the South Burnett.

The boys aged between 12 and 16 have been involved in incidents in both Murgon and Wondai reports the South Burnett Times.

Three boys along with two men allegedly stole an unlocked car from a caravan park in Murgon last week, the same boys taking another car from a home at Wondai less than 24-hours later, the car was later found in Cherbourg.

Another three male teens have also been charged with stealing a vehicle from a Cherbourg school car park.
