How Are You Helping To Stop Violence At The Start?

Griffith City Council is supporting the national campaign Stop it at the Start to help reduce violence against women and children.

Griffith Mayor, Councillor John Dal Broi, said that all people should be aware of the impact words and actions have on young people, who can often see them as permission to behave in a certain way.

It doesn’t matter who you are, violence against women and children is not acceptable and won’t be tolerated. We all need to be mindful of the messages we are giving young people.
