A teenager has been left with serious injuries after backflipping from a two-storey balcony at school on Monday.
The 13-year-old boy is believed to have been dared to jump from the balcony at Governor Stirling High school.
The impact from the jump saw him land heavily on his head, fracturing his skull.
He has also sustained swelling on the brain.
He is currently being treated at Princess Margaret Hospital.
The Education Department told 9 News that three students have been suspended over the incident.
